Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact, building strong client partnerships and leading meetings.
* Campaign Management: Deliver client programmes on time, achieving KPIs while maintaining exceptional quality.
* Media Relations: Forge connections with Scottish media, craft engaging story angles, and mentor junior team members.
* Content & Quality Control: Develop and review multi-channel content, ensuring alignment with client goals.
* Innovation & Crisis Management: Proactively manage issues and draft reactive content while generating fresh, creative ideas.
* Growth & Strategy: Contribute to new business proposals and identify opportunities within existing accounts.
* Team & Culture: Mentor team members, support the agency's inclusive culture, and engage in team-building initiatives.
* Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources efficiently, offering solutions to optimise execution.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in PR account management, ideally within the financial or professional services sectors.
* Expertise in media relations, content strategy, and client consultancy.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
