Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress with Bartender experience to join our team at Dosa Park Cirencester. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Your attention to detail, knowledge of mixology, and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our patrons.
YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION TO WORK IN UK OR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS REMAINING ON YOUR PSW VISA. Suitable candidates will also benefit from SPONSORSHIP.
Duties:
1. Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
3. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and company standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
5. Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
6. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Skills:
1. Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is a must.
2. Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
4. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
6. Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
