Job Description
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Point of contact for customer related issues via Email and Telephone.
2. Resolve Customer Queries.
3. Ensure all customer specific tasks are completed on time.
4. Data Entry of transport jobs as and when required.
5. A full understanding of Delivery procedures and workflows.
6. Help drivers over the phone and take necessary action to resolveany issues reported.
7. Report any rejections, shortages and discrepancies via the GRRS system, ensuring adequate details are entered to allow investigations to be actioned promptly and accurately.
8. Query resolution through investigation and liaising with appropriate personnel and customers.
9. Process transport requests – Manual, EDI or Pick & Distribution.
10. Allocating stock manually, through EDI or via Pick & Distribution.
11. General office / admin duties carried out within the department.
