Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Business Studies lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students. Develop engaging and innovative schemes of work that meet the needs of a diverse group of learners. Provide support and guidance to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and interventions where necessary to support achievement. Contribute to the wider life of the school by participating in extracurricular activities and school events. Collaborate with colleagues in the department and across the school to ensure effective teaching and learning. Stay up to date with curriculum changes and developments in Business Studies education. About You: A qualified teacher with a degree in Business Studies or a related subject. Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary school level, preferably at Key Stage 3 and 4. A strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum and the ability to make it engaging for students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. A passion for inspiring young people and fostering a love for learning. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
