You will be responsible for managing inbound queries and requests from a diverse range of customers and partners. You will also be supporting the various inbound and outbound workflows in-line with agreed priorities. The working hours are Monday – Friday working either 9am-5pm or 10am – 6pm Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,753 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What you’ll do on a typical day: Process and manage all customer requests received into a range of email inboxes Provide day-to-day supply chain support across Retail, Store Operations & Business Channel Operations Reconciliation of deliveries and returns across retail channels; providing monthly audits and reports Arrange deliveries, provide MI reporting and day to day query resolution to support business and enterprise customers Daily contact with customers and suppliers to arrange bookings and service requests Raise Purchase Orders Deliver excellent customer service as part of all tasks What you need to succeed: Previous experience in a Customer Service environment Experience of using Microsoft packages, including Excel and Outlook Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and a methodical approach Experience & knowledge of parcel carriers and customer delivery processes, would be an advantage WMS knowledge, would be an advantage We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
