Job summary We are recruiting for a Band 8a Adult Services Clinical Lead to join our team of healthcare scientists. The position is full time and will be based in Windsor though we work from several sites across east Berkshire. The successful candidate will have a varied workload seeing complex adult patients, for diagnostic assessment and rehabilitation, including tinnitus and vestibular work, with the opportunity to also work with paediatric patients at times. A dynamic health practitioner, you are IT literate and competent using Auditbase and DATIX to input data and produce reports, whilst you are a great believer in continuous professional development and quality improvement / assurance processes. You will communicate calmly, effectively and reassuringly with service users and will make them feel heard and understood. You will have your own caseload of patients, but will also have dedicated time to work on service development projects.
