PD Industrial are recruiting a contracts administrator to join the Contracts team and provide administrative support to the contracts department. Working 37.5 Hours per week, 9am- 5pm.
Your mission
• File management, electronic and hard copy
• Typing and photocopying
• Taking telephone calls for the clients and site operatives
• Processing of purchase orders
• Dealing with sub-contractors
• Dealing with correspondence and responding to general enquiries.
• Managing diaries and travel.
• Work with other members of the team in the best interests of the company.
• Other office duties as role evolves.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications / Competencies:
• Skilled with Word processing and file management.
• Familiar with Excel spreadsheets.
• Document drafting
• E-mail and internet skills.
• Good IT skills.
Person Specification
• Good team worker within a small office environment. Capable of taking initiative when necessary.
• Good communicator – written and verbal.
• Good organiser (of self and others).
• Good telephone manner.
