This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Training Administrator to join the Training Team on an initial Fixed-Term Contract, ends in May 2026. This role reports into the Group Training Administration Manager.
The role will include:
Data Management
* Perform complex data entry tasks in Excel, including pivot tables, formatting, and formulas.
* Maintain and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
* Oversee the company’s Learning Management System, managing training activities and resolving issues.
* Provide support to the team with LMS queries.
Document Preparation and Distribution
* Create, format, and distribute training materials, reports, and other documents.
* Ensure materials are accurate and available for training sessions and events.
Email and Communication Management
* Manage email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
* Liaise with internal departments to support training initiatives.
Team Support and Collaboration
* Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices.
* Collaborate with the wider training team to organise and manage events, workshops, and programs.
Attention to Detail
* Conduct quality checks on training documents and data for accuracy.
* Address inconsistencies or gaps in records and processes.
What we need from you?
* Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and formatting.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and address errors or inconsistencies in data and documentation.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders.
* Team Support Experience: Proven experience mentoring or supporting peers in a collaborative environment.
* Organisational Ability: Skilled in prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple responsibilities.
* Learning Management System (LMS) Experience: Familiarity with LMS platforms is an advantage.
* Administrative Expertise: Background in managing data and processes in a training or administrative role is desirable.
