Your Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be integral to our educational mission. Your responsibilities will include:
6. Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging educational activities
7. Assisting in student supervision to ensure a safe learning environment
8. Providing both individual and group support to students as directed
9. Contributing to the creation and maintenance of learning resources
10. Collaborating with teachers to monitor and track student progress
What We're Looking For:
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
13. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different school environments
14. A genuine passion for supporting student's educational development
15. Valid enhanced DBS (Don't have one? We'll help you obtain it!)
