We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join our Customer Service Department in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing orders effectively. Client Details Our client is a large organisation within its industry. Description Process and manage customer orders promptly and accurately. Manage key customer relationships and grow accounts Ensure constant and efficient communication with customers regarding their orders. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Preparing and submitting customer quotations Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely order delivery. Update and maintain accurate order records in the company database. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of the role. Collaborate with the wider customer service team to improve order processing procedures. Profile A successful Sales Order Processor should have: A solid understanding of order processing procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proven experience working within an order processing role. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
