We are currently recruiting for an additional PART-TIME Administrator to join our small admin team based at our office in Ware. The Office Administrator is responsible for assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the office for a firm of Mortgage Brokers. He/she will be working in a small team and closely with the Office Manager and Directors. The Office Administrator has a number of distinct responsibilities including processing mortgage applications on behalf of clients and associated administration.
A successful candidate for this position is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, has good grammatical and numerical skills, and will have sound knowledge of MS Office Suite software.
Salary is flexible according to experience.
Responsibilities:
* Data processing of mortgage and insurance applications
* Liaising by telephone and email with Banks, Solicitors, and clients
* Answer and direct incoming calls
* Schedule meetings
* Maintain and update records of office activities
* Perform administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
* Manage the flow of paperwork through a department or organisation
* Help plan and coordinate office activities
Recent experience of working in an office environment would be a distinct advantage.
The role is based at our office in Ware High Street.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
