We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to work within our Changing Futures team. We are a forward-thinking, values-driven housing association, and the successful person will have a hybrid way of working, being based partly in our Sheffield offices and partly at home. There will be some travel to events in Sheffield, and occasionally one-day events in other areas.

Changing Futures aims to better support people who experience or have experienced multiple disadvantage. Changing Futures is a learning programme which means we set out to do things differently and highlight areas for improvement system-wide. The programme aims to:
1. Remove barriers to engaging with support, evidencing a different and more effective way of working with this cohort.
2. Invest in driving and sustaining system change as well as delivery that will improve outcomes directly.
SYHA delivers the Coproduction and Peer Support Worker services within Changing Futures. The Programme Manager will:
1. Be responsible for the Coproduction and Peer Support Worker services.
2. Line manage the Changing Futures team.
3. Oversee the programmes budget.
4. Work closely with commissioners and stakeholders.
5. Be the main management contact for the Changing Futures service.
6. Oversee the management of the programmes volunteers and coproduction associates.
7. Report to the Head of Service – Homeless.

* Have programme management experience
* Have a good understanding of multiple disadvantages
