Reporting to the Communication and Event Coordinator, the successful candidate will excel in the following key responsibilities: Be a friendly face and voice of BallyCara: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Keep our spaces welcoming: Maintain the Reception and Health Clinic areas to a high standard. Handle enquiries and bookings: Direct Home Care queries and wellness booking to the appropriate person. Assist with administrative tasks: Provide general support to ensure operations run smoothly across BallyCara. Engage with residents and the community: Connect with our residents and take part in community activities. Support events: Take part in event set up and preparations Attend expos and events : Represent BallyCara at various events to share our mission and values. Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide friendly and professional service both in-person and over the phone. Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to handle various administrative and reception duties. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in administrative work Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work well with different teams and support various projects. Previous Experience: Experience in a similar customer service or administrative role is preferred. Knowledge of Aged Care or Community Services: Advantageous but not essential.
