The Technicians team within the Digital IT Services department provide an excellent 1 st and 2 nd line support to students and staff across campus. The department is growing, with the technological estate going through a transformation phase to implement a more modern digital infrastructure. This is an exciting time to join the team working with the latest technologies across the University campus. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of hardware and software, working with a large diverse customer base with excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
