Sales Support Executive: £28,000 - £33,000 + excellent benefits
About the Company - Our Client, a UK leading digital media solutions provider has an exciting opportunity for Sales Support Executive to join their friendly team.
About the Role - You will work for a multi-award winning business supported by knowledgeable, supportive and close-knit colleagues.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career over the next two or three years. The role will include exposure to the whole sales process, including presence at client pitch meetings and involvement in the overall business development process.
You'll get to develop your own client relationships. Initially, you will support the sales team and be responsible for the day to day sales administration, maintenance of the CRM, quote creation and general administration.
Responsibilities -
Supporting customers with pre and post sales queries
Cooperating with the sales team and other supporting departments to resolve any customer issues that arise
Creating performance and sales reports
Obtaining and inputting quotes
Onboarding new clients with help from the finance team
Assist in the planning and execution of customer visits, events and awards
Assist with the creation of new business proposals, pitches and tender responses
Undertaking market research, identify and present opportunities and threats
Building supplier relationships
Establishing monitoring systems to identify potential tendering opportunitiesRequired Skills -

Professional and flexible attitude to work, including travel (Approx. 25% of time)
Excellent oral and written communication skills including numeracy
Well organised and ability to manage deadlines
