The role:
As a Clinical Supervisor with Superior Healthcare, you’ll organise, conduct, and document in-person observations and supervisions with our friendly team of nurses across Kent. Using your complex care and clinical expertise, you’ll provide professional support tailored to their individual development.
Our Clinical Supervisor role offers a 37.5-hour work week with flexible scheduling to effectively support field-based staff—early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required.
This flexibility can be especially beneficial if you’re balancing other commitments. You’ll receive extensive support, access to ongoing CPD, and a competitive salary of £41,500.

Responsibilities
* Organise, carry out and document in-person observations, competency sign-offs and supervisions with nurses
* Provide professional support, reflection and learning that contributes to individual development
* Document and report all observations, competency sign-offs, and supervisions promptly and in accordance with CQC guidelines and our internal protocols
Requirements
* Registered nurse with an active PIN
* Experience working with complex care physical health clients in the community
* Experienced conducting supervisions and effectively documenting them
* Right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
