Working with one of the UK's fastest growing Systems Integrators, you have the opportunity to immediately add value as a Project Manager and ultimately work towards becoming the Operations Manager in the next year. This is a highly visible key role, that offers a huge opportunity for any Project Manager driven by quality and excellence.
As part of the management team you will oversee the operation of multiple business areas:
Technical and commercial leadership within Project Management.
Relationship building with clients through excellent communication and documentation.
Responsibility for the successful delivery of their project portfolio, ensuring they are to budget, on time and meet the agreed specification.
Report on all high-level business strategies within their key accounts, to the senior leadership team.
Expand their existing clients through repeat business and further business by delivering an excellent service.
Identify and report on current and potential operational challenges to the customer, ensuring any issues are widely understood within the company.
Mentor more junior team members.
Provide cost effective control system solutions, including tender preparation and reviews prior to submission.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience within control and automation industry.
Project management experience.
High calibre and ambitious individual who is capable of operating at a high level within the business.
Strong commercial background.
Track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
Big aspirations to progress into a more senior position and take an active role within the company's future.
