What you will do
Your role as a mobile BMS service engineer will be to carry out routine BMS maintenance on various sites and respond to callouts from our Maintenance Operations Team. This role will also include completing small works such as replacing BMS controllers, modules, sensors, or actuators. Our client sites are located in London and surrounding areas.
This role is within E2 Services Limited (part of Johnson Controls).

How you will do it
* Carry out routine BMS service visits
* Respond to BMS callouts
* Support maintenance operations team with customer queries
* Review site fault tracker and complete minor tasks onsite where possible
* Prepare clear and accurate reports during site visits
* Include any recommended improvements in reports
* Carry out BMS-related small works projects
* Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication
* Support client and supplier relationships for building improvements
What we are looking for
Required:
* 5+ years’ experience with BMS systems such as Trend, Delta, Johnsons, or Tridium (at least 2 out of 4)
* Knowledgeable with the above system controls and operation strategies (at least 2 out of 4)
* Experience with MCC panels and understanding control panel wiring diagrams
* Understanding of Trend networking including LAN, Ethernet, BACnet, and LonWorks
* Experience with supervisors like Trend 963 and/or IQvision software
* Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control
* Understanding of electrical systems
* Willingness to learn and support new technologies and alternative control systems
* Proficient in IT with working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Self-starter, team-player, flexible, and able to work independently
* Excellent written communication skills and timely report writing
