Job Title: Support Services Administrator Location: Sutton, UK Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Main Purpose: The Support Services Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Support Services Team and the wider organisation. This role involves managing invoices, handling post and couriers, providing hospitality services, assisting with procurement, booking rooms and spaces, overseeing facilities, assisting with event preparation, maintaining documentation, and supporting various systems. Key Responsibilities: Invoices: Record and maintain records of all financial transactions related to departmental invoices. Post and Couriers: Collect, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, and book couriers as needed. Hospitality: Coordinate hospitality services for meetings and events, including arranging catering and setting up meeting rooms. Procurement: Assist in procuring office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and liaising with vendors for timely delivery. Booking Rooms and Spaces: Manage the booking of meeting rooms and event spaces, coordinating schedules and assisting with setup and breakdown. Facilities: Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Documentation: Maintain and organise company documents and records, assist with report and presentation preparation. Systems: Support the implementation and maintenance of office systems, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and liaise with IT support.
