Project Director Location: Mobile – travel required across the UK Contract Length: Permanent Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Salter Grange is currently leading the recruitment for a Project Director to lead on the legacy workstream of previously completed construction scheme. This role requires a strong leader who has a thorough understanding of the Building Safety Act regarding cladding. Main responsibilities: Lead the management and oversight of legacy projects, ensuring all project objectives and client expectations are met Deal with client requests and act appropriately to resolve Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of completed projects to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, financial, and technical experts, to address and resolve any project-related issues Maintain detailed records of all project activities and communications Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on legacy project matters Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project performance and status to senior management Develop and implement strategies to enhance project management processes and optimise outcomes Requirements: Extensive experience as a Project Director, Construction Director or similar role in the construction or real estate industry Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices Excellent understanding of the Building Safety Act, specifically related to cladding Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
