Providing consultation and advice to others by providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems or process related topics. Key Relationships: Discipline Leads Principal Engineers Project Engineers Project Engineering Managers Project Managers Head of Stream for Region Clients Knowledge / Experience (Skills): Wide range of experience in the oil and gas industry, with practical exposure to the EPC sector of the oil and gas industry and experience as a Project Manager. Excellent technical background in the FEED and detailed design, as well as strong construction and commissioning experience for onshore pipelines, crude oil tank farms, process plants and petroleum refineries. Experience in design that minimizes environmental impact. Ability to effectively manage and direct lead multi-disciplinary professionals working under pressure to deadlines and be able to prioritize their own and others workload, interfacing with other discipline staff as required to accomplish the task / project. Sound knowledge of cost analysis and other financial aspects of contract management. Ability to identify risks and minimize the company’s exposure to risks on projects.
