Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Administrator at James Wilkins Plumbing and Heating Limited in Glastonbury. The Business Administrator will be responsible for daily office operations, initial point of contact with customers, coordinating appointments via the app business is ran upon, managing and scheduling engineers diaries and providing administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
