Senior Business Analyst - Salary Circa £65,000 There is large Change portfolio in UK IWR over the coming years, and we have a desire to build a permanent Finance Change team of experts to support the volume of Transformation on the horizon. You will support on elements of the UK IWR Finance Change Portfolio, working with the broader Change team. The work will span design, implementation and business readiness across the Change portfolio. You will be required to shape and define business requirements by delivering comprehensive business analysis activities on transformation programs and projects. You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end business needs are translated into detailed requirements by working with stakeholders and identifying, owning, and managing key risks. A bit about the job: You will ensure business requirements are gathered on time and meet expected quality standards. Analyse the business situation, considering processes, people, organization, and IT, while referencing similar previous problems. Focus on customer needs and translate them into actionable business requirements. Communicate requirements clearly using the Aviva Change Framework and other tools. Manage risks and issues by identifying, assessing, and mitigating them during transformation initiatives. Skills and experience we're looking for: Desirable Certifications: CBAP /PMI/ PBA /AAC / Six Sigma Analysing business problems and opportunities, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions to complex issues Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks effectively Experienced in collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
