GoodOaks are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our great team in Aylesbury. Our Care Coordinators ensure our clients receive quality care, including organising rotas, communicating with the team, clients, families, and professionals.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with our growing business offering superior homecare throughout Buckinghamshire. The role will initially also involve completing care calls but will become more office based as our service grows.
We'd love to hear from organised, dedicated and ambitious Co-ordinators wanting to support providing the best care possible.
What will you do?
* Producing weekly rotas and team liaison
* Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
* Managing care scheduling and client contact
* Keep morale high within your team
* Help the company grow and take on extra clients
* To allow Good Oaks to provide a continuous and reliable service
What do we offer?
* £24-27k salary depending on experience
* 40 hours per week
* 23 holiday days
* Visiting mileage covered
* Overtime and time off in lieu for on-call work completed over contracted hours
