What will you be doing? As our Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will support our team and ensure the seamless execution of all events, from corporate conferences to elegant banquets. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of exceptional events that leave lasting impressions on our guests. You will lead by example, upholding our core values. What are we looking for? Proven experience as an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of event planning and execution. A track record of successfully supporting and leading teams to deliver outstanding events and guest experiences. Strong business acumen, including experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation. An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity in event management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, guests, and team members alike.
