The Relationship Manager reports to the Head of Healthcare Management (HCM) and has a dotted line to the partner for feedback and strategic direction. You will lead a small team to achieve role objectives. How you’ll help us make health happen: Responsibilities include overseeing the proposition, acting as the key contact for all relationship aspects, from daily operations to strategic planning. You’ll support the Head of HCM by developing, improving, and maintaining the proposition, ensuring the partner's customers benefit from Bupa Global's cost containment solutions. The Relationship Manager provides insight into global approaches by building strong relationships within Bupa Global’s HCM team. They liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure consultation and consideration of operational changes' impact on the programme. The job holder works closely with the partner’s team, Bupa Global HCM teams, and Bupa operational functions to ensure alignment and deliver consistent, robust solutions. They also handle escalations and make decisions as needed. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Advanced relationship management experience is essential Strong stakeholder and customer account management experience is essential Operational/project management experience is advantageous A clinical background is desirable Experience in international private medical insurance or negotiation Commercial knowledge of international health insurance Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Proven track record of achieving high-quality targets Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage the implementation of new systems Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint) Familiarity with SharePoint would be advantageous Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
