What you’ll do The Indirect Business segment is responsible for driving and increasing market share across a community of experienced channel partners, understanding partners goals and their customer needs. Through our innovative portfolio, we will help our partners to unlock their potential and create the future for their customers, colleagues, and communities. The role of the Sales Manager is to lead a team of majority office-based Account Managers, with the focus on growing and expanding our relationships with a defined set of partners. The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering core sales KPI’s including Revenue, Margin, New Business AOV, Retention, Churn Net Adds and NPS selling across the mobile, fixed, IOT and UC portfolio, they are also responsible for driving new partner acquisition in order to deliver new growth opportunities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the local delivery of the Vodafone Enterprise Business goals assigned to their business unit, while having a strong ability to develop, coach and grow their people. The Sales Manager delivers the growth strategy, supporting contract negotiations, ensuring delivery of contractual commitments, implementing interventions where necessary and looking for new ways for Vodafone to increase market share via the partner community. Who you are • Understanding of both Vodafone and/or competitor products & services (Mobile and fixed voice, data, Unified Communications, Cloud & Hosting, and IoT). • Experience in channel and/or partner sales • Experience in Solution Sales and Sales Leadership • Experience running sales teams, preferably in a technology environment/B2B blue-chip culture. • Track record of improving and increasing sales results. • Able to operate at a senior level within businesses to drive C-level engagement with prospect organisations.
