Our client is a leading expert within their field, actively seeking an experienced EA to join their team to support the COO / CFO.
Job Description
* Provide executive assistance to the senior management team
* Coordinate project activities across various departments
* Maintain and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
* Take minutes in meetings
* Assist with various projects across the organisation
* Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow
* Plan and coordinate company events
* Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
* Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment & onboarding new starters.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
* Previous EA experience is essential
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Previous experience handling HR tasks would be advantageous
* Somebody who can take initiative, multitask and can handle a high workload.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
* Discretion and confidentiality
