An exciting opportunity for a Building Services and Maintenance Apprentice to join our team.
As an apprentice, you will work as part of a team to deliver efficient, effective, and sustainable statutory maintenance service along with providing reactive and minor works in general facilities maintenance.
Learn practical skills and gain firsthand experience of maintenance and repair techniques of critical equipment under guidance from our engineers and mentors. You will learn and complete practical tasks, such as fault finding, diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance tasks while working to industry standards.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will learn to perform maintenance repairs and installations, which will grow and develop throughout your apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
* Electrical and mechanical systems check, repairs, and inspections.
* Havoc maintenance check and inspection.
* Boiler systems maintenance check and inspection.
* Pump repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
* Pressure systems maintenance and inspections.
Gain knowledge, skills, and behaviours required as a qualified Building Services Engineer within a facilities maintenance environment.
