Overview
This role is a first point of contact for all company HR administrative queries and as such is accountable for maintaining accurate and up to date records for all HR related systems and processes, whilst also providing accurate and timely quantitative and qualitive analysis and HR management reports.
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000
The Role
1. Updating HR documents and employee records in the company HR software system
2. Administration of training, recruitment, promotion and probation processes
3. All on-boarding and induction activities
4. Update the payroll department and line managers regarding any changes to employee records and/or T&C’s
5. Administration of all sickness and other absence records
6. Producing ad-hoc reports and statistics to assist with tasks such as annual bonus payments and annual pay reviews
7. Monitoring HR metrics and producing regular HR reports
8. Assisting with the administration/delivery of HR projects
9. Assist with HR-related issues
10. Own and administer the employee wellbeing offerings
11. Other administrative task as required
The Person
Qualifications
12. Educated to A-Level or recognised equivalent
Experience
13. Previous administrative experience
14. Professional and Personal Skills
15. Ability to work under pressure and often with conflicting priorities
16. Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbally
17. Able to use all required Microsoft tools effectively
18. Exceptional organisational skills
19. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
