Job summary To ensure a timely turnaround of Biochemistry referred samples by receiving result reports and entering the results onto the laboratory information management system (LIMS), ready for authorisation by the duty biochemist. Responsible for the biochemistry results standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring change requests are managed and updated accordingly. To be responsible for collating and distributing information ensuring that laboratory results reach commercial customers, electronically by email or by post, including weekend cover. Management of the shared results inbox including general queries. Main duties of the job Oversight and coordination of Biochemistry referral reports and results.
