Job Title: Sales Office Manager / Sales Supervisor - Location Birmingham
The Company: Our Client is one of the UK's leading Independent Distributors of Construction Materials led by a dynamic Senior Management Team and is undertaking a period of expansion due to success.
As a result of their exciting growth plans, our Client is seeking to recruit a Sales Office Manager / Sales Supervisor for Location Birmingham B38. Our Client is willing to offer a highly attractive salary package comprising an extremely attractive basic salary coupled with an exceptional individual rewards package to ensure high achievers are suitably rewarded.
The Role:
1. Reports to: Branch Manager (Birmingham).
2. Indirectly reports to: UK Sales Director.
3. Managing a fast-paced sales office ensuring all sales processes and sales operations are effectively delivered to provide an exceptional customer experience. Taking ownership and leadership for the commercial proposition including guidance on margin achievement to provide customer value for money and appropriate returns for the business.
4. Coaching, developing, and supporting the sales team to enhance their performance and knowledge base.
5. Hands-on setting the example in selling insulation, drylining, and associated products to merchant and contractor channels.
6. Maximising the branch ledger of customers alongside new business development in target markets.
7. Be prepared to go the extra mile to support the ambitions of the branch and support the branch manager in achieving overall branch effectiveness.

5. Effective sales knowledge of either insulation or drylining systems.
6. Experience of holding a personal minimum annual sales budget of £1m p.a.
7. Exemplary work ethic and team player.

9. Strong sales administration disciplines - quote management, CRM system, diary management.
10. Rises to the challenge of deadlines and a potentially fast-changing commercial landscape.

Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience.
Commission: £9000 p.a. OTE rising to £22,500 for achieving stretch targets (paid monthly).
Other: Pension scheme, 21 days holiday + statutory.
