Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our client on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple grounds teams and depots.
2. Manage commercial and local authority maintenance contracts.
3. Ensure timely completion of tasks to mandatory quality standards.
4. Monitor budgets, revenue, and pricing for new projects.
5. Engage with customers and employees, providing training and development opportunities.
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
7. Conduct client liaison, site visits, and quotation submissions.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years' experience in a horticultural, operational supervisor, or management role.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Full clean UK driving licence.
Location - Suffolk and surrounding areas.
