About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and flexible Supply Primary Teachers to work closely with a range of schools across Lewes. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated teachers to provide high-quality education, stepping in to cover staff absences and ensuring that pupils continue to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary-aged pupils in a range of schools.
* Ensure smooth continuity of learning during teacher absences by following lesson plans and adapting to the needs of each class.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, promoting good behavior and a love of learning.
* Support children of varying abilities and backgrounds, ensuring inclusive education for all.
* Collaborate with school staff to provide consistent and high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in new classroom environments.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being, with a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
