Job Title: Electronic Hardware Project Engineering Manager

Salary: Circa £70,000 commensurate with skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
1. Responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of engineering activities within a hardware development environment
2. Act as the central point between system design, technical authorities, and project delivery to ensure that the right people, tools, and priorities are aligned to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
3. Lead daily stand-up meetings, reviewing team progress and short-term priorities to ensure alignment across engineering activities
4. Collaborate with technical authorities to adapt schedules, assess cost and schedule risks, and drive mitigation and re-planning when needed
5. Maintain close oversight of project control data, identifying and escalating resource requirements, delivery risks, and shifting priorities to the wider business
