Position:
Digital Operations Engineer
Role Overview:
The Digital Operations Administrator will support and enhance the operational, digital, and IT functions of the business. This role will focus on maintaining and improving key systems, particularly the Orderwise ERP, HubSpot CRM, and the company’s websites, while also providing front-line support for technical issues across the organisation. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, implementing new digital solutions, and ensuring our operations remain efficient and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP (Orderwise) Support and Development
Assist in the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the Orderwise ERP system.
Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance ERP functionalities and workflows.
HubSpot CRM Maintenance
Maintain and expand the use of HubSpot features to improve marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
Identify areas for system improvements and optimise the platform to drive efficiency.
Website and E-commerce Management
Support the content maintenance and development of the website.
Troubleshoot website issues and liaise with third-party developers or agencies as required.
Assist in managing online sales channels (e.g., PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay) to ensure effective performance.
IT Troubleshooting and Support
-Serve as the primary contact for internal support tickets related to systems, websites, or technical content.
Maintain and troubleshoot labeling systems, printer software, and other hardware or software tools.
Reporting and Analytics
Develop and maintain reporting tools using HubSpot, SQL, Excel, and/or Power BI.
Leverage data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and inform business decisions.
Software Implementation and Management
Assist with the implementation and management of software related to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other compliance requirements.
Explore and deploy AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Product and Technical Documentation
Help create and maintain product documentation, such as datasheets and technical information.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all physical and digital materials.
Continuous Improvement
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement digital solutions or process changes to address them.
Conduct periodic audits of product presentation and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Proficiency

Experience with ERP systems (preferably Orderwise) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot).

Familiarity with website content management systems and e-commerce platforms.

Strong troubleshooting abilities for both software and hardware, including printers and labeling systems.

Competency in reporting tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) and a willingness to learn AI applications.
