The main purpose of this role will be to educate and inform customers who rely on electricity and place a high value on its continuing availability within the healthcare sector. Experience within a sales background Is preferable, however consideration will be given to candidates that can demonstrate a strong electrical knowledge and demonstrate experience in manging electrical failures and problem solving. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare customers. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Bender UK’s service contracts. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Service Sales team. Conduct regular customer visits and provide exceptional customer service. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Promote cross functional working and demonstrate a one team approach to promote a positive culture within the workplace Ensure that all sales activities and processes comply with company policies and industry regulations Strong understanding of electrical systems and products, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders Proactive approach to identifying and address customer needs Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of service contracts and sales processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the South West region.
