To be a proactive member of the UHCW Community Group senior clinical workforce, who together ensure the effective provision of all of its services. To be a visible, credible role model and advocate for high quality, safe and equitable bladder and bowel care provision across the City Promote a culture where staff feel empowered and accountable for bladder and bowel care provision, improvement and clinical developments at local level. Provide professional bladder and bowel care provision and expert advice and guidance within the UHCW Community Group delivery, ensuring that bladder and bowel care provision is of a consistently and sustainable high standard in line with national guidance, Trust policy and evidence-based practice. Develop, implement monitor, and review clinical guidelines, policies and procedures for UHCW Community Group in line with best practice guidance Work with the Practice Development Facilitators in the development, monitoring and reviewing of the clinical competencies to ensure staff are competent with the right level of knowledge, skill and expertise to deliver bladder and bowel care provision in the most effective and efficient way.
