Main purpose of job: Support our Community Connections service manager with key projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating various projects.

Length of contract: Fixed term contract – 9 months Salary: £24,380 – £24,910 – pro rata
Key Requirement
Catalyst Support require a Project Coordinator with exceptional organisation skills, the ability to work on multiple projects in an extremely pacey environment. Ability to change priorities whilst remaining calm and focussed is essential. Must be able to manage upwards. Must have extremely strong communication and document production skills. Must have good communication and relationship building skills.
Key Accountabilities for the Project Coordinator
* Coordinate and oversee the implementation of diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
* Assist in the coordination and execution of a partnership compliance programme supporting in the development and implementation of a partnership framework.
* Facilitate communications and compliance, liaising with the relevant departments and partners to ensure minimal disruption and efficient delivery.
* Act as a liaison between the Community Connections team, leadership, and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address challenges.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and plans.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions for project teams.
* Ongoing ad hoc support to Service Manager.

Person Specification
Qualifications and experience
* Educated to A level or equivalent in relevant disciplines e.g. English.
* Demonstrable experience of working in a Business Support / Administration or Project coordination role.
* Demonstrable and relevant experience of developing effective project coordination plans to support management.
* Experience of coordinating multiple projects.
* Experience of managing individuals.
Knowledge and skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Flexible and can do attitude.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Information technology
* Experience and high level of competence on the range of software products associated with Project coordination e.g Microsoft.
* Experience of delivering a range of work through digital platforms.
