We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with expertise in IoT (Internet of Things) solutions to lead and grow our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT technologies and telecoms, proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, and the ability to build and nurture high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Leadership: Define and execute the IoT sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
* Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive revenue growth.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IoT solutions.
* Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sales Director, Senior Sales Manager, or similar role with a strong focus on IoT solutions.
* Deep understanding of IoT technologies, ecosystems, and their applications across various industries.
