Profile
You will be working as part of a group and controlling an entity of the group with a £2 million turnover. All accounts duties including transaction to management accountants. The role will be split between the Wrexham and Llangollen offices.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Sales ledger function processing and reconciling
2. Purchase ledger processing and reconciling and dealing with queries
3. Supplier payments
4. Cashflow
5. Bank reconciliations
6. Weekly external payroll journals
7. Prepayments and accruals
8. Intercompany journals and recharges
9. Prepare management accounts
10. Produce quarterly VAT returns
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. Experience in a similar finance role is essential
2. AAT qualified
3. Sage 50 experience would be desirable but not essential
4. Experienced user of Excel
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
6. Strong organisational and communication skills
7. Ability to adapt to change, problem solve and maintain a 'can do' attitude
Benefits
Working Hours / Pattern: 08:00am to 16:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 08:00am to 16:00pm Friday
Salary: £30,000.00 per annum plus
