Further Key Responsibilities: Preparing cost estimates for trade mark filing and administrative change programme Filing trade mark and design applications Drafting specifications of goods / services for trade mark filings Assisting with transfer, records and due diligence programmes Standard reporting of trade mark official documents, filing receipts, publication notices, registration certificates Arranging and reviewing watch notices Creating records, reports and updating case management database Handling notarisation / legalisation requirements Conducting trade mark portfolio reviews Essential skills and experience We are looking for candidates with experience of UK and EU trade mark formalities, ideally in similar roles for 1-3 years. A 2:1 or above in an undergraduate degree.
