* Conduct training needs analysis, prepare annual training plan, and provide qualified functional and competency training for the store management team.
* Participate in evaluation and monitoring of the success of post-training programs. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Talent Development:
* Recognize store high-potential talents via internal promoted assessment, conduct internal assessment for Officer level up, develop talent pool for Main Office, and advise Department.
* Head manpower arrangement for all levels.
* Cascade and consult stores on C&B related policies [monthly payroll, annual merit increase, 13th salary, personal income tax, C&B policies]; provide feedback from stores to C&B team.
* Provide inputs for C&B team to build up a competitive remuneration structure.
Employee Relations:
* Work with Department managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
* Build and cascade all employee engagement programs [annual team building, core values, wellness, inspirational programs, convention, etc.].
* Provide consultancy and build engagement activities for the whole company and MO stakeholders, especially requirements by each Unit/Department.
Internal Event:
* Organize the entire program of internal events for the company.
* Conduct surveys after events to evaluate the effectiveness.
Administration:
* Administer HR-related working procedures and ensure these procedures are executed well at the office.
* Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
* Cascade all employee engagement programs [value, wellness, inspirational programs].
* Consult leaders on strategic human resources matters for the Main Office.
* Conduct HRBP annual planning and monitor the office’s manpower budgets.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 4 years of experience in the position of Human Resources Manager.
* Good knowledge of Vietnam labor code.
* University graduate in HRM, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* English proficiency: advanced level in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
* Strategic thinking.
* Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
* Adaptive to change.
* Strong business acumen.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Creativity and innovation.
* Willingness to travel across Vietnam.
