We’re searching for a proactive, enthusiastic individual to join our client’s team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders, quotations, processing invoices, and responding to queries with professionalism and care. Your Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements, quotations and status inquiries. Assist in resolving issues relating to inventory, discrepancies, shipping, and invoicing. Manage assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring the customer needs are met. Provide a responsive and professional communication service to both internal and external customers. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management. Has excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills. Professional and courteous attitude; ability to deal with customer queries. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) as well as NetSuite or similar CRM. What’s In It For You?
