Location: Worcester, WR4 (Just a 5min Drive from Worcestershire Royal Hospital)
Pay Rate: £12 Per Hour (£50 Per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, including 1 sleep-in shift per week)
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (Automatic accepted)

Who Will I Be Supporting?
You'll be working in a lively and friendly shared home, supporting five incredible individuals (three gentlemen and two ladies) aged 18-65. Each person has learning disabilities or autism, and one gentleman also has a mobility disability.

This is a well-established, experienced team, and we're looking for someone who can fit in seamlessly and bring energy, enthusiasm, and a caring attitude to the role.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in helping individuals live life to the fullest while maintaining their independence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Empowering Independence: Supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives and encouraging them to engage in activities they love.
- Personal Care: Assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing) where needed.
- Mobility Assistance: Providing support to one gentleman who requires full-time mobility assistance and helping others who use wheelchairs when out and about.
- Health & Wellbeing: Administering medication and supporting with feeding needs for one individual.
- Social & Recreational Support: Joining in with their favourite activities—bowling, music, socialising, and more!
- Household Tasks: Supporting with meal preparation, cleaning, and general household duties.

Shift Patterns:
We're looking for full-time staff (37.5 hours per week) with the flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including one sleep-in per week :
- Early Shift: 8:00am - 3:30pm
- Late Shift: 1:30pm - 9:00pm
- Long Day Sleep-In Shift: 2:00pm - 1:00pm the following day
- Sleep-In Hours Cover: 10:30pm - 7:00am (Paid £50 to Sleep)
Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance, ensuring a healthy work-life balance .
