What you will do:
1. Oversee the day to day management of a caseload of service users and the staff teams supporting them, ensuring delivery of high quality care in line with our philosophy and policies.
2. Lead the review, monitoring, and updating of care programmes based on assessed needs, expressed wishes, and professional standards.
3. Manage the allocated budget as delegated by the service manager, ensuring cost effective service delivery while maintaining quality.
4. Support service users in managing their tenancies, liaising with various housing organisations and landlords to ensure secure housing for all.
5. Encourage warm and professional relationships with service users and their families, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
6. Act as a key liaison with other professionals and organisations involved in delivering learning disability services.
7. Lead your team in emergency situations, ensuring safe and effective service delivery at all times.
