Job Purpose: Responsible for managing and controlling project documentation across multiple engineering projects. This role is essential in ensuring all technical documentation is well-organised, up to date, and accessible to key stakeholders within the business.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.
2. Ensure that all documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
3. Coordinate with engineering teams to collect and verify documentation.
4. Maintain version control of all documents to ensure accuracy.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits.
