Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and CPD events, ensuring seamless delivery and updating resources as needed.
* Plan and maintain the Learning and Development calendar, supporting onboarding processes, addressing L&D queries, and organizing internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), handling user enrolment, course creation, and maintaining accurate training records for data-driven reporting.
Requirements:
* A highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail, able to build strong relationships and influence others effectively.
* Previous administrative experience in L&D or HR, familiarity with LMS or bespoke CRM systems, and awareness of L&D principles are essential.
* A relevant qualification in HR, L&D, or a related field is advantageous, but not necessary.
