We’re working with a fantastic Corporate Travel Company who are looking for a dynamic HR Operations Manager (to work from their office in West Yorkshire) to lead the operational HR function across multiple countries in the EU/UK region. With a focus on driving efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement, this role offers the chance to make a real impact within a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, lifecycle processes, and compliance.
* Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring best practices are followed.
* Manage HR systems, records, and reporting, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Lead employee engagement initiatives and drive cultural development across the region.
* Line-manage the HR Assistant and Facilities Coordinator, ensuring smooth office operations.
* Support the implementation of global HR projects and sustainability initiatives.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in HR operations and generalist HR functions.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices across the EU/UK.
* Proficiency in HR systems (preferably ADP) and MS Office.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in line management and working in fast-paced environments.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is a plus.
