Customer Channel Manager
Reports into Retail Marketing team
Summary:
As the Customer Channel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of customer marketing activity. You will be accountable for delivering an effective data strategy and maintaining database health whilst adhering to GDPR and Vertu communication policies. You will be technically minded and have a good understanding of CRM systems.
Accountable for:
Establishing a customer marketing strategy that is well-targeted, using smart segmentation.
Overseeing the daily operations of the customer marketing data team, ensuring efficient management of the data requests inbox.
Developing relationships with key stakeholders in the marketing team and wider business and representing the best interests of the customer.
Leading the integration of customer databases of any future acquisitions to enable customer communications
Analysis of customer database to draw recommendations that influence the customer marketing team to make better informed decisions to improve performance.
